As my children have gone off to college it was time for me to take more time for myself. I was so excited when Bodyworks Internationale started offering Zumba classes in Berlin. Back in the 80's I used to do aerobics so Zumba was just what I needed to kick start my new lifestyle. I have recently reached my weight loss goal & owe a lot to Rick & Lynn! Your classes are awesome! I'm looking forward to attaining the same physical strength & toning that I once was...I'm getting there! Thanks! Oh, I love your motivational comments on Facebook!

I would like to thank the instructors of Bodyworks Internationale for a job well done. They make you feel so comfortable and welcomed.They give off tons of energy and makes you want to keep coming back. My first time at Bodyworks Interantio...nale was November 6, 2010 and I am still a member. I try to go at least 3 times a week and mix it up with BodyWorks, Zumba Toning, Zumba, and even Beat It. Boot Camp was a challenge as well. I did a 6 weeks class of Aqua Zumba which uses even different muscles. I have toned in places that I just couldn't get in shape before.  THANK YOU so much Lynn, Rick, and Kaz and Mary as well. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB!!!!
