Class Descriptions
Latin Dance Fitness
This higher intensity class will take you through a cycle of interval training, incorporating fast and slow dynamic Latin and International rhythms in your workout. As in any Zumba workout, it will never feel like a workout and you will always leave feeling invigorated! No previous dance experience required. This is not a dance class but a dance FITNESS class, incorporating fitness with dance movements in an interval setting of high and low intensity music. The music is the center stage and will keep you on your toes with the robust Latin and International rhythms.
Zumba

With Light Weights Adding smaller weights; This program brings robust Latin and International music which is incorporated with toning smaller weights 1, 2, or 3-lb weights, and helps you work your body toward a higher level of fitness.
Zumba Gold
For Beginners, Rehabilitation, Seniors Re-entering the fitness industry? Looking for an effective yet fun lower-impact program? ZUMBA GOLD will provide you with the right tools to get you started and direct and guide you in a fun environment that will help you reach your goals using hypnotic Latin and International music.
Bellydance~
A wonderful exercise for core-strengthening and expanding flexibility, bellydancing is still a celebration of life and brings smiles and laughter to all participants.
Beat IT~
Italian Boxing workout using boxing and kickboxing styles to strong musical accents that create a challenging workout
Mind/Body~
Combination of Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates for great stretching, strength, and relaxation to provide a healthy Mind and Body *(mats available for use)*
BodyWORKS ~
Weight strengthening that will help you move quickly to your goals! Music and weights are the perfect combination to work harder and have fun as you build strength and tone your body
